👨🏫 To sort or arrange columns and their respective data, follow these easy steps.
Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to the Budget register.
Step 2: Hover over a column header to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon.
Click the three dots menu to show options.
Step 3: Choose your action on the drop-down menu and follow the prompt.

Sort by ASC & DESC
Sort the 'Budgets' data by ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC).
Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to the Budget register and choose Budgets.
Step 2: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
Step 3: Click Sort by ASC or DESC. Select 'Unsort' to revert the data.

Filter Column's data
Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to the Budget register and choose Budgets.
Step 2: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
Step 3: Select Filter to reveal the filter menu.
Step 4: From the filter menu, you can select the Columns Title, Operator and Value to filter.
If you wish to add another filter, simply click the +Add filter button and choose And/Or options.
Click the X icon to remove a row.

Hide/ Show Columns
Step 1: To display the three-dot menu and arrow icon, hover over the title of the column you want to hide. Click the three-dot menu to display the available options. Navigate to any column, click the three dots menu, and choose "Show columns" to display or expose a specific column that is not displayed in the column area. You can select the column title you want to display in the columns section from a menu that will appear.
Or simply perform the shortcut action by clicking the 'Adjust Column' and toggle on/off the Column title. -
Pin to left and Pin to right
Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to the Budget register and choose Budgets.
Step 2: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
Step 3: Choose the column that you would like to pin.
Pinned column appears like this:
Step 4: Click Unpin to revert
