Mastt dashboards are powerful reporting tools that allow you to build custom reports using various tiles, charts, and tables. You can add, customize, resize, and rearrange tiles to create comprehensive visual reports that can be exported as PDFs for stakeholder distribution.

Understanding the Dashboard
1. Dashboard Purpose- The dashboard is Mastt's reporting system
- Use it to build reports for stakeholders, clients, or yourself
- Reports can be easily exported from Mastt
- Dashboards consist of individual tiles that display different information
Working with Dashboard Tiles
1. Moving Tiles- Click and drag tiles to change their location
- Arrange them in the order that makes the most sense for your reporting needs
- Click on the bottom right corner of any tile and drag to resize
- Adjust tiles to highlight important information or fit more tiles on the dashboard
- Click the Add Tiles button in the top left corner
- Browse the tile library in the pop-up
- Tile categories include:
- Project information
- Cost
- Schedule
- Risk
- Health and status
- Task and actions
- Procurements
- New tiles get added to the bottom of the dashboard
Customizing Tiles
1. Accessing Tile Settings- Hover over any tile to reveal the vertical three-dot button at the top
- Click this button to access tile settings
- For example, with the Big Number tile:
- Choose which number to display (e.g., budget)
- Select specific budgets, including filtered by budget tags
- Add or subtract other numbers for custom calculations
- Set heading, denomination, decimal places
- Choose a color for the tile
- Click on the color box to open the color selector
- Choose from preset colors or select a custom color
- Click Save to apply changes
Managing Your Dashboard
1. Saving Changes- Always click the Save button after making changes
- This ensures your dashboard configuration is remembered
- Click Download to export the entire dashboard as a PDF
- The dotted outline shows the export area
- Click the three dots next to any tile
- Select Download tile
- Tiles are downloaded as images for use in emails or presentations
Additional Dashboard Features
1. Filtering Table Data- Click the three dots on a table tile
- Select Filter
- Choose which columns to filter on
- Set filter conditions (e.g., values greater than a specified amount)
- Save to apply the filter
- Click Add Dashboard
- Choose from template options or create a custom template
- Each dashboard can serve different reporting purposes
- Access settings via the vertical three dots in the top right
- Modify the dashboard name
- Choose between landscape or portrait orientation
- Toggle footer dates and last updated dates in exports
- Delete dashboards if needed
- Select from different view modes:
- Drag and resize (edit mode)
- Presentation view (locks tiles for viewing)
- Print preview (shows print area more clearly)

- Issue: Changes not appearing
- Solution: Make sure to save your dashboard after making changes
