      Forecasts: Sort, Filter, Hide, Show and Pin Columns

      Did you know that you can sort or arrange each column under the Forecasts register?
      Let's find out how below!

      👨‍🏫 To sort or arrange columns and their respective data, follow these easy steps.

      Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to Forecasts register.

      Step 2: Hover over a column header to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon.

                  Click the three dots menu to show options.

      Step 3:Choose your action on the drop-down menu and follow the prompt.

      🕵️ Let's see how to get it done!

      • Sort by ASC & DESC

        Sort the 'Forecasts' data by ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC).

      Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to Forecasts register.
      Step 2: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options. 
      Step 3: Click Sort by ASC or DESC. Select Unsort to revert the data.

      • Filter Column's data

        Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to Forecasts register.
        Step 2:         Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
        Step 3: Select Filter to reveal the filter menu.

        Step 4:  From the filter menu, you can select the Columns Title, Operator and Value to filter
        .

        Step 5:         Click +Add filter to add a row and choose And/Or options.
        Click the X icon to remove a row.


      • Hide/ Show Columns

        Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to Forecasts register.
        Step 2: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
        Step 3: Choose the column that you would like to hide.
        Step 4: To show a column, navigate to other columns and click show columns, a column menu will pop-out where you can select the column/s to show. 
        You can also select the Adjust Columns located on the upper right hand side to hide and show a column/s.



      • Adjust,  Move & Reset Columns

        Step 1: Hover over the lines between the columns to adjust them.
        Step 2: Click and hold the column title to drag or move.  

      Click RESET button located at the top right corner of the Forecasts Page to fix the columns.

      • Pin to left and Pin to right

        Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to Forecasts register.
        Step 2:         Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
        Step 3:         Choose the column that you would like to pin.



        Step 4: Click the three-dots menu and select Unpin to revert.
