How to Add a Project Photo

Uploading Your Project Photo

Adding a project photo helps visually distinguish your projects and provides a professional look in reports and dashboards.

Steps

  1. Click My Projects in the upper left corner to navigate to your project list.
  2. On the project tile, click the Action button (⋯) and select Project Settings.
  3. Enter the necessary details, such as Project Name and Point of Contact.
  4. Click Upload Image, select your photo, and then hit Save to complete the upload.

Tips

  • Use a high-resolution image for better display quality.

  • Ensure the image represents your project for easier identification.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Issue: Image upload fails → Ensure the file size is under 5MB and in JPG or PNG format.

  • Issue: Image appears blurry → Upload a higher-resolution image (recommended: 1200x800 pixels).
