Creating an MCC-1 Contract

Background

Before creating your Reimbursable Contracts, you should create the Managing Contractor Contract. This will allow you to set the MC in the Reimbursable Contract and will fill in the MC Payment Statement.

Steps

  1. When creating a Contract, select the MCC-1 Contract Standard. This will enable the Contract Roles:
    • Commonwealth's Representative
    • Contractor
    • Contract Administrator
  2. Enter the remaining details for the Contract including milestone. When you're done, click Add to complete the Contract.

Creating an MCC Reimbursable Contract

Background

Once you have created the MCC-1 Contract, you can now create the MCC Reimbursable Contract. 

Steps

  1. When creating a contract, select the MCC Reimbursable Contract Standard. This will enable these Contract Roles:
    • Managing Contractor - this is where you select the MCC-1 Contract you created earlier
    • Subcontractor
  2. Enter the remaining details for the Contract including milestone. When you're done, click Add to complete the Contract.
