Need to reset your password? We'll guide you through the process to quickly restore access to your Mastt account.
This article is only relevant if you login using an email and password. If you login using Microsoft, please contact your IT team for assistance resetting your password.
Follow these simple steps to reset your password:
- Go to the Mastt website (https://app.mastt.com.au/).
- Click on the Forgot password? link on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Mastt account in the form that appears.
- Click the Send email button.
- Check your email inbox for a message from Mastt containing a password reset link. (If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.)
- Click on the password reset link in the email. This will take you to a password reset screen.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Reset Password to save your new password.
You should now be able to log in to your Mastt account using your new password.
