Project Costs are often siloed from Risks, which is why we have integrated the Risk and Cost Modules - allowing any changes to Risks or Costs to seamlessly sync between the two modules.
Data flow from the Risk Module to the Cost Module
When you create a risk, you have the option to include Pre- and Post-Treatment ratings. These options can be found under the impact and treatment sections.
If you have included multiple impacts and treatments with Pre- and Post-treatment ratings, the total amount for all risks will be calculated and summed up.
To initiate the data flow, you can easily activate the Cost Module by toggling it on.
To enable the data flow, simply click on the Cost Module toggle in the Risk form after creating the post-treatment cost.
This will automatically create a Risk Provision in the Cost Module.
The risk item will not be associated with a specific Budget. However, you have the flexibility to effortlessly reassign it to the relevant Budget as required.
Additionally, you have the option to access the risk register by simply clicking on the three dots located next to the risk item on the overall cost page. This allows for easy navigation and management of risks associated with project costs.
