👨🏫 To sort or arrange columns and their respective data, follow these easy steps!
Step 1: From the Cost Module, navigate to the Payments register.
Step 2: Hover over a column header to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon.
Click the three dots menu to show options.
Step 3: Choose your action on the drop-down menu and follow the prompt or select the appropriate shortcut keys.

Sort by ASC & DESC
Sort the Payments' data by ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC).
Step 1: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu and arrow icon, then click the three-dots menu to show options.
Step 2: Click Sort by ASC or DESC or simply click the arrow button next to column title.
Select Unsort to revert the data.

Step 3: From the filter menu, you can select the Columns Title, Operator and Value to filter.
If you wish to add another filter, simply click the +Add filter button.
Hide/ Show ColumnsStep 1: To display the three-dot menu and arrow icon, hover over the title of the column you want to hide. Click the three-dot menu to display the available options. Navigate to any column, click the three dots menu, and choose "Show columns" to display or expose a specific column that is not displayed in the column area. You can select the column title you want to display on the columns section from a menu that will appear.
Or simply perform the shortcut action by clicking the 'Adjust Column' and toggle on/off the Column title.
Adjust, Move & Reset Columns
Step 1: Hover over the lines between the columns to adjust them.
Step 2: Click and hold the column title to drag or move.
Click RESET button located at the top right corner of the Payments Page to fix the columns.
Pin to left and Pin to right
Step 1: Hover over a column title to reveal the three-dots menu, click to show options and choose the column that you would like to pin.
Pinned Column appears like this:
Step 2: Click 'Unpin' to revert.
