Progress Ring Tile: Cost, Time and Earned Value

The Progress Ring Tile is a quick and easy way to show project progress. It pulls in information from the Cost and Schedule Modules and displays it in an easy-to-understand format.

You can turn off the different rings and even add multiple Progress Ring Tiles to build a dashboard that reflects information in a way that makes sense to you!

Configuring the Progress Ring Tile

Hover over the tile and click the Vertical Three Dot Button at the top-right-hand corner. Then click Tile Options

Mastt will then show you the Tile Options form, allowing you to customise the Progress Ring tile:

Cost, Schedule, and Earned Value Rings

Cost Ring
The Cost Ring is driven by Payments in the Cost Module. Cost progress is measured by the total Approved and Paid Payments, divided by the Forecast Final Cost.

If only the Cost Ring is turned on, you can choose a specific budget you would like to filter.

Schedule Ring
The Schedule Ring is driven by the Schedule Module. By choosing the Starting and Ending Milestones in the Schedule Module (see the below screenshot), the Schedule Ring will show the percentage of time that has elapsed since the start.

Earned Value Ring
Earned Value is the level of work completed on a project against the plan, calculated by multiplying the percentage complete by the total project budget. The Earned Value Ring is set within the Tile Options menu.
