Schedule Module: Using Activity Icons

Activity icons help you visually categorise and filter schedule activities. This guide explains how to assign icons to activities and use them for filtering on your dashboard.

Available Icons

The following icons are available for your activities:

• Key - recommended for marking key milestones
• Dollar - for financial milestones or cost-related activities
• Exclamation Mark - for critical or high-priority items
• Time - for time-sensitive activities
• Trophy - for major project achievements
• Rocket - for project launches or major deployments
• Star - for highlighting important activities
• Person - for person-dependent activities
• Diverging Path - for decision points or diverging activities
• Link - for connected or dependent activities

Adding Icons to Activities

When creating or editing an activity in your schedule:

1. Open the activity form (either by clicking Add Activity or clicking an existing activity)
2. Click to select your desired icon at the bottom of the edit pane.
3. Save your changes

Filtering Activities by Icon

To filter activities based on their icons:

1. Navigate to your dashboard
2. Hover over the Schedule Activities Table tile
3. Click the action button (⋮) in the top right corner of the tile
4. Select the filter option
5. Choose your filter condition:
   • Is: Shows activities with the selected icon
   • Is Not: Shows activities without the selected icon
   • Is Any Of: Shows activities with any of the selected icons
6. Select your desired icon(s)

Clearing Icon Filters

To remove an active icon filter:

1. Access the filter menu using the steps above
2. Click the X icon next to the active filter or click Remove all
