How to Edit and Delete Risks

Simple guide to managing risk entries in construction project management

The Risk module allows you to modify existing risks or remove outdated entries from your project. Use these features to keep your risk register current and accurate throughout your construction project lifecycle.

Steps

Edit a risk

  1. Click Risk in the side navigation bar
  2. Locate the risk you want to modify from the displayed list
  3. Click on the risk title you want to edit
  4. The editing pane appears on the right side of your screen
  5. Make changes to any risk fields:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Category
    • Other risk details
  6. Click the Save (green button, bottom right)
  7. Click Close to complete the edit and close the editing pane

Delete a risk

  1. From the same risk list, locate the risk you want to remove
  2. Click the Action (...) button next to the risk you want to delete
  3. Select Delete from the dropdown menu
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear
  5. Click Delete Risk to confirm the removal

Always double-check before deleting risks as these actions cannot be undone. Consider editing instead of deleting when possible.

Result: Your risk register is updated with your changes, and deleted risks are permanently removed from the project.
