Troubleshooting & FAQ

Q: What if icons aren't appearing in my schedule filters?

Ensure you've saved the icon assignment and refresh the dashboard view. Icons may take a moment to update across all visualizations.

Q: Why isn't my schedule report generating automatically?

Verify your project schedule contains saved activities before creating the report. Empty schedules won't generate meaningful reports.

Q: What if dashboard tiles show "No data available"?

Check that your schedule contains activities and review filter settings to ensure they're not excluding all data. Reset filters if necessary.
