Free Plan

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your subscription at any time from your account settings. See How to View and Upgrade Your Mastt Subscription for step-by-step instructions.
Q: How does project licence billing work?
You only need a licence for active projects. If you increase your project licences, you'll be charged immediately for the additional licences, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you decrease your project licences, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you retain access to your current licences until then.
You cannot reduce your licences below the number of enabled billable projects. To reduce your licence count, you must first archive projects to bring your active project count below your target quota.
