How to Change Your Project Quota

Simple guide to managing project quotas for construction project admins

Adjust your project quota to match your current workload and budget requirements. Available for Professional subscription users with admin access.

Steps:

  1. Access Admin Settings - Click your name in the top right corner, then select Admin

  2. Navigate to Billing - In the sidebar, click Plan and Billing

  3. Manage Project Quota - Select the project quota management option

  4. Adjust Quota - Increase or decrease your quota and confirm changes

Result: Your project quota updates immediately. You'll see the price change before confirming any increases.

Important: You cannot decrease your quota below the number of currently active projects.

You must have fewer active projects than your target quota. Archive projects first, then reduce your quota.
