How to View and Upgrade Your Mastt Subscription
Complete step-by-step guide to managing your Mastt plan and billing for construction project management
This guide shows you how to access your subscription settings, review your current plan details, and upgrade your Mastt subscription. Whether you need to move from Free to Professional, adjust your project quota, or explore Enterprise options, you'll find the complete process here.
Before you start:
- You must be a Workspace Administrator to access subscription settings
- If you don't see Admin options in your profile menu, contact your workspace administrator for access
View Your Subscription Details
Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Select Admin from the dropdown menu
- Click Plan and Billing in the left sidebar
Result: You're now in the Plan and Billing section where you can view all subscription details and upgrade options.
Step 2: Review Your Subscription Details
The Plan & Billing page shows your Subscription Summary with key details:
- Current plan – Free, Professional, or Enterprise
- Licensed Project Quota – your current project limit
- Monthly cost – your subscription charge (if applicable)
- Plan benefits – features and capabilities included in your subscription
- Available actions – buttons to manage your subscription, such as Change Project Quota, Update Payment Method, Billing History, or upgrade options
Note: The Plan & Billing page displays different information and options depending on your current subscription type. Free plan users see all three plan cards with upgrade options. Professional users can self-manage their quota and billing. Enterprise users must contact their dedicated Mastt representative for subscription changes.
Step 3: Upgrade or Adjust Your Plan
- Select the upgrade option that matches your needs
Upgrade from Free to Professional (H5)
Move from the Free plan to unlock multiple projects and advanced features.
Step 1: Adjust your project quantity
- Locate the Professional plan card on the Plan and Billing page
- Click the + button next to the project quantity to increase the number of projects
- Watch the monthly price update automatically as you adjust
- Click See rates (if available) to view the full pricing structure
Step 2: Review Professional Plan benefits
- Scroll down to see what's included
Step 3: Complete your upgrade
- Click the blue Upgrade button on the Professional plan card
- Enter your payment information in the checkout form
- Click Confirm at the bottom of the form
Note: Professional plan pricing starts at $150 per month for 1 project and scales as you add more projects. All plan upgrades take effect immediately.
Adjust Your Project Quota (Professional plan)
Increase or decrease your project quota if you're already on Professional.
Step 1: Change your quota
- Locate the Subscription Summary section
- Increase or decrease your project quota if you're already on Professional.
- Click the blue Change Project Quota button
- Click the − or + buttons in the modal to increase or decrease your quota
- Watch the monthly price update in real-time as you adjust
Step 2: Confirm your changes
- Click Confirm at the bottom of the modal
Note: You can increase or decrease your quota at any time. To decrease your quota, you must have available slots (e.g., if you have 10 projects allocated and are using 8, you can reduce to 8 or 9, but not below 8). Changes are prorated and apply immediately.
Upgrade to Enterprise
Access unlimited projects and advanced enterprise features.
Step 1: Review Enterprise plan benefits
- The Enterprise plan includes:
- Higher Project Quota – customizable project limits based on your organization's needs
- Programs & Portfolios – manage multiple projects across your organization
- Dedicated Customer Success – a dedicated success manager for your team
- ERP Integrations – connect with systems like SAP
- Security Enhancements – advanced security features for enterprise-level compliance
Step 2: Contact sales
- Locate the Enterprise plan card on the Plan and Billing page
- Click the orange Talk to Sales button
- Fill in the contact form with your details and project requirements
- Click Submit
The Mastt Sales Team will contact you to discuss your requirements, provide a custom quote, and guide you through Enterprise setup. Enterprise includes custom onboarding, training, and configuration.
Note: Enterprise requires contacting sales for custom pricing and setup based on your project quota needs. You cannot upgrade to Enterprise directly through the interface.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: What if I don't see the Admin option in my profile menu?
You need Workspace Administrator permissions. Contact your current workspace administrator to request access or have them manage subscription changes.
Q: What happens to my existing projects when I upgrade?
All your existing projects remain unchanged. You simply gain access to additional features and can create more projects based on your new quota.
Q: How does prorated billing work when I change my project quota?
Mastt calculates charges based on when you make the change. If you increase your quota mid-month, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that billing period.
Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Contact Mastt Support to discuss annual billing options.
Q: What if I need to decrease my project quota but I'm using all my current projects?
You'll need to archive completed projects first before decreasing your quota. You cannot reduce your quota below your current active project count.
Q: How quickly do plan changes take effect?
All plan upgrades and quota changes take effect immediately. You'll see confirmation on screen and can start using new features right away.
