Adding Logos to Mastt
Adding organization and client logos to Mastt enhances the professional appearance of your exports and dashboards. These logos appear on Payment Certificates, Schedules, Recommendations, and relevant dashboard tiles, creating consistent branding across your project documentation.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- Organisation Admin access (for client logo management)
- The client's logo file in a supported format (if adding a client logo)
Key Concepts
Organisation Logo: Your company logo that appears on exports and in the "Logo (You)" dashboard tile.
Client Logo: Your client's logo that appears on client-facing documents and the "Logo (Client)" dashboard tile.
Step-by-Step Guide
Note: Only .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png image formats are supported for logo uploads.
Adding Your Organisation Logo
- Prepare your organisation logo in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png format
- Email your logo file to your Customer Success Manager or the Support Team at support@mastt.com.au
- Specify that you want to update your organisation logo
Organisation logos can only be updated by Mastt Support as they are set at the organisation level.
Adding a Client Logo to a Project
You need to be an Organisation Admin to add a logo to a Project
- Navigate to the top right corner of Mastt and click on your name
- Select Admin from the dropdown menu
- Go to the Project tab in the Admin section
- Find the relevant project and click the three-dot Action button next to it
- Select Edit Project Details from the dropdown menu
- Under Client Logo, click the Browse button
- Select the client logo file from your computer in the file browser pop-up
- Click Update Project to save your changes
The client logo will now appear on relevant exports and dashboard tiles for this specific project.
Best Practices
- All Mastt exports have a white background, so ensure your Logo is readable on a white background.
- Keep file sizes reasonable to ensure quick loading of dashboards
Troubleshooting
Logo appears distorted
- Symptom: Logo looks stretched or pixelated
- Cause: Original image may be low resolution or incorrect aspect ratio
- Solution: Upload a higher quality logo with appropriate dimensions
