How to Create Your First Program Dashboard
Complete guide to setting up program dashboards for multi-project oversight
Program dashboards help you monitor multiple construction projects from a single view by consolidating all project data into organised displays. Use this feature when you need to oversee several projects simultaneously, group related projects, and automatically aggregate their data for consolidated reporting.
Before you start:
- Ensure you have Program Admin or Workspace Admin access

Ensure your program includes at least two projects
Navigate to Programs
- From the admin area or main page, go to Programs
- Click the program title you want to work with

Choose Your Dashboard Creation Method
You have two options for creating your dashboard:
Option A: Use Recommended Templates (only appears for programs without existing dashboards)
- Select + Create Recommended Dashboard from the toolbar
- Mastt will apply a pre-configured template automatically
Option B: Browse Available Templates
- Select + Add Dashboard from the toolbar
- Browse the available templates and select one that matches your needs
- Click Create
Option C: Create Custom Dashboard from Scratch
- Select + Add Dashboard from the toolbar
- Enter a name for your dashboard in the pop-up form
- From the template dropdown, select Empty, then click Create
- Click the + Add Tiles button in the upper left corner
- Browse all categories from the tile library
- Hover over tiles you want to add and click + Add Tile
- Select multiple tiles if needed
- Click the X button in the right corner when finished - all selected tiles will appear on your dashboard
Customise Your Dashboard
- Organise dashboard widgets according to your project requirements
- Apply your company branding elements
- Arrange data views to match your reporting preferences
- Resize and arrange tiles as needed
- Save your customised dashboard layout

Result: You now have a functional program dashboard that consolidates data from multiple projects, allowing you to monitor progress, costs, and risks across your entire construction program.
Note: Adding projects to programs and editing program details requires Workspace Admin or Program Admin permissions. Contact your system administrator if you need additional access.
