Create your first Program Dashboards

Programs are collections of all your projects brought together for easier management. By consolidating all project data into a single folder, you can oversee and forecast all your projects conveniently.

Creating and Accessing Programs

This guide provides simple steps to manage and create programs effectively.

  1. Viewing Your Program List: Log in and navigate to My Programs to view your list.

  2. Accessing a Program: Once you've found the program you need, click on its title or use the quick links.

  3. Creating a New Program:
    1. Navigate to your account details on the upper right corner and choose Admin.
    2. Click Program then + NEW PROGRAM to create a new program.
    3. Enter the program information and click Create Program when done.

    Accessing and Creating Dashboards

    1. Access Your Program Dashboard: Click on the title of the Program you want to access.

    2. Create a Dashboard:

      1. In the toolbar, select either Create Dashboard or Create Recommended Dashboard.
      2. If you select Create Dashboard, you can choose from the available templates.
      3. If you select Create Recommended Dashboard, a recommended dashboard template will be provided.
    3. Customize Your Dashboard: Organise and customise your dashboard according to your preferences and branding.

    Note: The following information is for Organisation Admin access only.
