How to Create a Risk and Add Cause

Follow these steps to add a risk to your project:

1. Navigate to the Risk Module: Click the Hamburger Menu and select the Risk Module.

2. Add a New Risk: Click + Add Risk in the toolbar.

3. Fill in Risk Details: In the side modal:
   • Enter a Title and Description for the risk.
   • Specify the Status and Categories.
   • Set the Possible Realise Date and Risk Review Date as needed.
   • Toggle Key Risk if this is the most significant risk for your project.
   • If integrating with the cost module, switch on the Cost Module after Post-Treatment cost.
4. Navigate to the Causes Tab: Click on the Causes tab.

5. Provide Causes Information: Fill in the required information.

6. Save: Click Save to finalize the process.
