Missing verification codes are a common sign-up issue with straightforward solutions. Work through these troubleshooting steps to get into your Mastt account quickly.

Before you start

  • Have your email address ready.
  • Check that you have internet connectivity.
  • Ensure you're using a work or personal email (not temporary).

Check your current email

  1. Open your email spam or junk folder first.
  2. Search for emails from Mastt or mastt.com.
  3. If you find one, mark it as "not spam" and check your inbox.

Verify your email details

  1. Return to where you entered your email address.
  2. Check for typos. Even one incorrect character prevents delivery.
  3. Confirm the email address is active and you can receive emails.

Wait and retry

  1. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, as email delivery can be delayed.
  2. Check both inbox and spam folders again.
  3. If there is still no code, request a new one.

Request a new verification code

  1. Go to www.mastt.com.
  2. Click Start for Free (orange button, top right) to restart the process.
  3. Enter your email address carefully.
  4. Complete the sign-up form again.

  1. Use a work email address if you used a personal one, or vice versa.

  3. Ensure the email account is active and accessible.

Handle "email already taken" errors

  1. Check your inbox again. You may have already received the original code.
  2. Instead of signing up, go to www.mastt.com and click Log In beside the Start for Free button.
  3. Try logging in with your existing credentials.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for password reset instructions.
  4. Follow the email instructions to create a new password.
