Missing verification codes are a common sign-up issue with straightforward solutions. This guide covers the most effective troubleshooting steps to get you accessing your Mastt account quickly.
Before you start:
- Have your email address ready
- Check you have internet connectivity
- Ensure you're using a work or personal email (not temporary)
Steps
Check your current email
- Open your email spam or junk folder first
- Search for emails from Mastt or mastt.com
- If found, mark as "not spam" and check your inbox
Verify your email details
- Return to where you entered your email address
- Check for typos - even one character mistake prevents delivery
- Confirm the email address is active and you can receive emails
Wait and retry
- Wait 5-10 minutes for email system delays
- Check both inbox and spam folders again
- If still no code, proceed to request a new one
Request a new verification code
- Go to www.mastt.com
- Click Start for Free (orange button, top right) to restart the process
- Enter your email address carefully
- Complete the sign-up form again
Try a different email address
- Use a work email if you used personal (or vice versa)

- Instead of signing up, go to www.mastt.com and click Log In beside the Start for Free button
