How to Create and Manage Programs

Programs in Mastt help you organise multiple related projects under one umbrella for better oversight and reporting. Use programs when managing portfolios, multi-phase developments, or related construction projects that need coordinated management.

Before you start:

• Verify you have program creation permissions with your administrator
• Identify which existing projects you want to include
• Prepare the list of users who need program access

Steps

Create a New Program

1. Click your profile name in the top right corner
2. Select Admin from the dropdown menu
3. Navigate to the Programs tab
4. Click + New Program
5. Fill in all required program information
6. Click Create Program

Add Projects to Your Program

1. Locate your new program in the programs list
2. Click the three dots menu next to the program title
3. Select Add Project to Program
4. Click on projects in the left-hand panel to select them
5. Selected projects will move to the right-hand panel
6. Click Update when finished

Add Users to Your Program

1. Click the three dots next to your program
2. Select Invite/Remove Users
3. Click your workspace name in the left-hand panel
4. Select users from the center panel that appear
5. Selected users will move to the right-hand panel
6. Click Update Program Users to confirm

Managing Your Program

Once created, you can:

• View consolidated reports across all program projects
• Manage user access at the program level
• Add or remove projects as your program evolves
• Set program-specific permissions and roles

Troubleshooting

• Problem: Can't see Admin section or New Program button. Solution: Contact your administrator to verify program creation permissions
• Problem: Projects don't appear in the selection list Solution: Ensure projects are active and you have access to them
