How to Delete Your Mastt Account
Quick guide to permanently deleting your Mastt account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before requesting deletion, export any data you need and transfer workspace ownership if your workspace should continue without you. If you only want to stop paying, contact support about downgrading your subscription instead.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
- Your account is permanently removed and no longer accessible
- All workspaces you own are deleted, including all projects within them
- You are removed from any workspaces owned by others
- This action cannot be undone
Requesting Account Deletion
Access the Contact Support Form
Go to Mastt Help Centre and click Submit a Ticket in the top navigation menu to open the Contact Support form.
Submit Your Request
- Enter the email address associated with your Mastt account
- In the Title field, enter "Account Deletion Request"
- For What do you need help with?, select Other
- In the Description field, state that you want to delete your Mastt account. Specify whether you want to delete your entire workspace or just your individual user account.
- Click Submit
Mastt Support will confirm receipt of your request and may ask clarifying questions before proceeding with deletion.
