How to View and Upgrade Your Mastt Subscription

Manage your subscription plan, adjust project licences, and upgrade to access more features

Mastt offers three subscription plans — Starter (Free), Professional, and Enterprise — to suit teams of all sizes. This guide explains how to view your current plan details, upgrade to a higher plan, and adjust your project licences.

Before You Start

  • You must have Admin access to your Mastt workspace
  • If you do not have Admin access, contact your workspace administrator to make changes on your behalf

View Your Subscription Details

  1. Click your profile name.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Select Plan and Billing from the sidebar.
  4. Check the Subscription Summary to see your current plan, Project Licences, and monthly cost.

Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrade from Starter (Free) to Professional

  1. Go to Plan and Billing in Admin settings.
  2. Select the number of projects you need using the + and − buttons. Pricing starts at $165 per month for 1 project.
  3. Check the list of included features.
  4. Click Upgrade on the Professional plan card.
  5. Click Continue to Checkout.
  6. Enter your payment details.
  7. Click Confirm Upgrade. Your workspace upgrades immediately.

All Mastt plans include unlimited users. You can add team members, stakeholders, contractors, and clients at no additional charge. You only pay based on the number of project licences.

Adjust Your Project Licences

  1. Go to Plan and Billing in Admin settings.
  2. Click Add/Remove Licences. The Update Number of Licenses dialog opens.
  3. Select the new number of project licences using the − and + buttons.
  4. Check the updated Total monthly cost.
  5. Click Confirm.

    If you increase your project licences, you are charged immediately for the additional licences, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you decrease your project licences, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

    You cannot reduce your licences below the number of enabled billable projects in your workspace. 

    Upgrade to Enterprise

    1. Go to Plan and Billing in Admin settings.
    2. Click Talk to Sales on the Enterprise plan card.
    3. Enter your organisation details and requirements in the enquiry form.
    4. Click Submit.

    The Enterprise plan includes:
    • Higher Project Quota – customisable project limits based on your organisation's needs
    • Programmes & Portfolios – manage multiple projects across your organisation
    • Dedicated Customer Success – a dedicated success manager for your team
    • ERP Integrations – connect with systems like SAP
    • Security Enhancements – advanced security features for enterprise-level compliance

    The Mastt Sales Team will contact you to discuss your requirements and provide a custom quote. Enterprise includes custom onboarding, training, and configuration. 

    If you are interested in the Agent by Mastt add-on for AI-powered workflows, knowledge bases, and system integrations, contact the sales team to discuss pricing and setup. 

    Troubleshooting & FAQs

    Q: I do not have an Upgrade button. How do I change my plan?

    Only workspace Admins can manage subscriptions. Contact your workspace administrator to request an upgrade.

    Q: What happens to my existing projects when I upgrade?

    All existing projects and data remain unchanged. You gain access to additional features immediately after the upgrade is confirmed.

    Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

    Contact Mastt Support to discuss annual billing options.
