  • Custom Project Columns: Added ability to customize project columns for better organization of your project information. Reach out to Mastt Support if you would like to add custom columns!

New Features

  • HotKeys functionality: Access frequently used actions with keyboard shortcuts across the platform.
    • On Cost pages, use
      • Ctrl+A to access the Add button.
    • On Cost Forms, use
      • Ctrl+S to add/update or save
      • Ctrl+Shift+C to cancel button
      • Enter to leave button on the confirmation

Improvements

  • Project settings form: Improved role-based access with tailored experiences for different user types. Org/program/project admins can access all sections. Standard users can access the Location, Brand, and User Management tabs with the ability to invite users.
  • Confirmation dialogs: Deletion confirmation dialogs now show the name of the Variation/Payment/Forecast being deleted for clearer user feedback.
  • Unsaved changes protection: Added prompts when there are unsaved changes for cash flow, project summary, key stakeholder, summary, and custom text tiles.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where switching to a reimbursable grouping with no payments caused an empty state with no way to navigate back.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking a project/example card's 3-dot menu and then clicking outside would incorrectly redirect to dashboard.

  • Redirects: New users are now directed to specific pages in Mastt based on their sign-up entry point, improving initial user experience.

  • Schedule Activities: Users can now set start and end dates in the activities tile for more precise project planning.
  • Dashboard Management: Added ability to duplicate dashboards, allowing quick replication of custom workspace configurations.

  • Payment Comment Dialog: Helper text in the payment comment dialog has been updated for clarity, correcting misleading information.
  • Dashboard Tile Warning: A warning now appears when a dashboard tile spans multiple pages, helping users avoid layout issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where newly added sections to pre-existing contracts were incorrectly showing a "Dec 1, 0001" created date.

  • Fixed an issue where total adjustment and total budget columns were not display correctly in the budget form.

30th January 2025 Release

Improvements

  • Sorting Contracts and Sections: Contracts, sections, and line items in the Contract and Cash Flow Tiles now follow the same sorting order as the Contract page for consistency.

  • Contract Form Input Errors: Input errors on the Contract form are now displayed as tooltips in the form rows, providing clearer feedback.

  • Advanced vs Simple Toggle: The Advanced vs Simple toggle on the Contract form now hides the Add Section and + buttons in Section rows. Existing Section rows remain visible, and a tooltip has been added for clarification 

Bug Fixes

  • Payment Form Fix: The payment form no longer crashes when editing contracts with sections and variations.
  • Section Deletion Fix: Deleting a section now correctly removes its subsection and their children, not just the direct child line items.

  • Section Data Handling: Section data is now correctly handled by Project/Program snapshots and duplication.

9th January 2025 Release

New Features

  • Payment Letters: The total amount is now shown as "TOTAL AMOUNT (inc. Tax)" in the summary page and "TOTAL AMOUNT (exc. Tax)" in the payment table.

  • Payment Letters: Sections, sub-sections, and line items in the payment letters now automatically get numbered.

  • Dashboard: A new version of the Finance Waterfall tile is now available, renamed to the "Budget vs FFC chart" at the program level.

Improvements

  • Project Location Search: The project location search now handles incomplete addresses and typos more easily, and focuses on a set of supported countries.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Budget form wouldn’t allow changing the status to draft if a line item was added. 

  • Fixed an issue where the latest project image wasn’t displaying properly on the projects page.

New Features

  • Project Name Dashboard Tile: customisation is now available, allowing you to change the Text Colour, Background Colour, and Text Alignment.
  • Payment Certificates, Schedules and Recommendations: these letters will now show the User's Organisation Logo when the letter is downloaded, not the Project Owner's Organisation Logo.
  • New Schedule Module: further improvements in preparation for the release.

12th September 2024 Release

  • Payment Letters: Added the ability to include a purchase order (PO) number in letters.

5th September 2024 Release

New Features

  • Variation Tile - You can now toggle on text wrapping.
  • Payment Letters - The Font for the Payment Letters is now customisable (see image below for the list of available fonts). This can only be changed by Mastt Support right now, so please Submit a Ticket if you'd like to change the font.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue causing logos to increase in size on the Payment Certificates

29th August 2024 Release

New Features

  • Variation Tile - You can now break down the totals by Variation Status.
  • Variations - New Variation report, which uses the new totals by Status feature. The report is built on the dashboard, allowing for significantly more customisation.
  • Dashboard - Big Number Tile can now show up to 20 decimal places. 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue preventing Contracts from being unassigned from budgets
  • Fixed an issue where long Contract/Line Item Names caused UI issues in the Payment Commentary form.
  • Fixed an issue where Risks would be merged when exporting the data to an excel document in the Legacy Risk module.

22nd August 2024 Release

New Features

  • Payments - Payment Clause is now available on the Payment Certificate, Schedule, and Recommendations. The Clause is also more intelligent, pulling in the name of the Payment.
  • Payments - Customisation of the Payment Clause has been moved from the Contract form to the Payment Form, allowing per-payment Custom Payment Clauses.
  • Dashboard - The Payment Due Date Column has been added to the Payment Tile.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused logos on the new Payment Letters to become oversized.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the values of the Variation Approval PDF to be incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the line items on the Variation Approval PDF to be in the wrong order.

15th August 2024 Release

  • Breadcrumb Navigation - easily see where you are within the project and navigate back to an earlier step!
  • Dashboards - new template management form allows you to easily rename, reorder and delete dashboard templates.

  • Cost -  Invoice Number has been added to the new Payment Certificates.
