Why Can't I Open Docs in the Document Pane?

Background

When opening documents in the Document pane, they do not display a preview. Instead, the document is automatically downloaded to your system, and you need to open it manually from your file folders.

Accessing Files in the Document Pane

Steps

1. From the Navigation Menu, go to the Document Pane section.
2. Click on the document title you want to view.
3. The document will automatically be downloaded to your device.
4. To access the downloaded document, go to your Files folder and click on the file you just downloaded.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Issue 1: Document not opening → Ensure you have the correct permissions, and the file format is supported.
• Issue 2: Document preview not working → Clear your cache or try refreshing the page.
