How to Report a Client-Side Exception Error

A client-side exception error means Mastt encountered an unexpected technical issue. Follow these steps to help our support team resolve it quickly.

Steps:

  1. Copy the web address (URL) from your browser where the error appeared
  2. Go to our Support Center and submit a new ticket
  3. Include the copied URL, describe what you were doing, and mention "Client-Side Exception" in your message

Result: Our support team will receive all the technical details needed to investigate and fix the issue.
