The page displays your complete financial picture through key sections. Budget and Adjustment shows total financial resources allocated to the project and any budget modifications. Contracts and Change Orders displays the sum of all approved contracts plus their approved change orders, giving you the current committed contract value. Forecast and Uncommitted shows projected costs and funds not yet committed to contracts. Estimate at Completion (EAC) represents the total expected project cost combining current contracts with forecast and uncommitted amounts. Payment Progress provides visual indicators showing amounts already paid, payments approved but not yet processed, payments submitted awaiting approval and remaining unpaid amounts.
