Troubleshooting & FAQ
Q: What if the Create Project button is grayed out?
You've reached your subscription's project quota. Add more Project Quota under 'Plan and Billing' or contact support to increase your subscription limit before creating additional projects.
Q: Why would I duplicate a project instead of creating a new one?
Duplicating copies all existing project settings, cost centers, workflows, and configurations. This saves significant setup time when you have standardized project templates.
Q: What gets copied when I duplicate a project?
Project duplication copies everything from the original project, including all settings, configurations, structure, and actual project data like costs, risks, and progress entries.
