How to Manage Your Mastt Account
Essential account management for construction project managers using Mastt
This guide covers everything you need to manage your Mastt account: logging in, resetting passwords, using single sign-on, and updating your profile information. Use these processes to maintain secure access to your construction project management platform.
Before you start:
- Have your email address and password ready
- Know your organization's SSO requirements (if applicable)
- Contact details for your org admin or Mastt support
Steps
Log into your Mastt account
- Navigate to www.mastt.com
- Click Login at the top right corner
- Select your region from the dropdown (Australia/APAC, North America, MENA, Rest of World)
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Login
- You'll land on your home page showing all assigned projects
Reset your password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Email
- Check your email for the reset link (arrives within minutes)
- Click the email link to open the password reset page
- Enter your new password following these requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- One capital letter
- One special character
- Use your new password to log in
Password reset links expire after 30 minutes for security reasons.
Set up single sign-on (SSO)
For Microsoft SSO:
- On the login page, click Login with Microsoft
- You'll be redirected to the Microsoft authentication page
- Enter your Microsoft credentials
- Complete any additional authentication your organization requires
- Upon successful authentication, you're automatically logged into Mastt
For Okta SSO:
- On the login page, click Login with Okta
- You'll be redirected to the Okta authentication page
- Enter your Okta credentials
- Complete additional authentication steps as required by your organization
- Upon successful authentication, you're automatically logged into Mastt
Update user profile information
Standard users cannot update their own details. Contact your Org Admin or Mastt Support for assistance.
For admin users:
- Click on your name at the top right corner
- Select Admin from the dropdown
- Locate the user you want to edit in the user list
- Click the three dots menu next to the user's name
- Select Edit User from the dropdown
- Update information as needed:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Role
- Email address
- Click Update User to save changes
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Cannot log in Solution: Check Caps Lock, use password reset, or contact your org admin
- Problem: SSO not working Solution: Verify your organization has enabled SSO or try standard login temporarily
- Problem: Need profile updates Solution: Contact your Org Admin or Mastt Support if you're a standard user
