How to Sign Up with Mastt

Quick guide to creating your Mastt account and workspace

Setting up your Mastt account takes just 3–5 minutes. You'll need a work email address, your company name, and access to your email inbox for verification. Mastt includes 1 free project forever, so you can start immediately without any payment details.

Go to the Mastt Sign-Up Page

Enter Your Details

  1. Enter your work email into the Email field. This will be where you get your confirmation code, so make sure it is correct.
  2. Fill in the rest of the details (like your Name) and then press Continue.
  3. On the next page, fill in your Company Name. This will also be the name of your Mastt Workspace.
  4. Create a secure password and confirm it. The password needs to be:
    • At least 12 characters
    • Includes a symbol, number, upper- and lower-case characters
  5. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, click on the Continue button to create your Mastt Account and Workspace.

Verify Your Email

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with a 6-digit code. This allows us to confirm your email address.
  2. Fill in the code into Mastt and then click Verify.
  3. You'll be taken to the Homepage, where Mastt guides you through setting up your first project.

The email can take a couple of minutes to arrive. If you don't see it, check your Junk or Spam folders.

Once you've verified your email and signed in, see Set Up Your Free Project to complete your project setup — including adding your first budget, contract, and payment.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Q: What email address should I use?

Always use your work email address, not a personal account like Gmail or Outlook. This email becomes your login username and is where you'll receive project notifications.

Q: What if I don't receive the verification email?

Check your spam or junk folder first—email filters sometimes flag verification emails incorrectly. If you find it, mark it as "Not Spam". If you still can't find it after 5 minutes, see How to Fix Missing Verification Codes to resend the verification code or contact Mastt Support for more help.

Q: Is a credit card required to get started?

No. Your account includes 1 free project. You only need to add payment information if you choose to upgrade to additional projects later.
