  1. Navigate to the Audit Log using the Side Menu.
  2. Use Search Record, select Record Type or date range to refine results.


Understanding Audit Log Entries

Each audit log entry contains key details like the action performed, user involved, timestamp, and affected data. Understanding these fields helps in analyzing system activity. For example:

  • Action: A Variation was updated.
  • User: The action was performed within the "Customer Success Demo" account.
  • Variation ID: Var 02 was modified.
  • Change Details: The status changed from "IN PRINCIPLE" to "FORECAST."
  • Timestamp: The action occurred on February 13, 2025, at 5:44 PM.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Log not updating → Refresh the page.
  • Can’t find a specific event → Adjust the date range or use different filters
