How to use the Monthly Payment Cover Sheet Template

What is the Monthly Payment Cover Sheet?

As a Project Manager, you may need to batch many payment recommendations into a single letter for your client, instead of sending many individual Payment Certificates or Schedules (that you can generate using Mastt's Payment Module - click here to learn more). The Monthly Payment Cover Sheet template provides a Batch Payment Sheet that is customisable and uses the information you have already entered into Mastt!

The Monthly Payment Cover Sheet Template within Mastt requires a little bit of customisation before you can use it to its full benefit, but once it has been setup there is minimal additional work required!

How to add the Payment Cover Sheet Template

The Payment Cover Sheet is a Dashboard Template, so all you need to do is create a new Dashboard and select the Template:

How to customise the Payment Cover Sheet

If your Organisation Logo isn't coming through, please submit a ticket and it will be added for you!

There are a lot of customisation options for the Payment Cover Sheet, so we have a video below that shows you how to get everything setup and working correctly!

Once the Payment Cover Sheet has been saved, you will only need to change the Date each month - all other information should need to be changed

How to use the Payment Cover Sheet each Month

Once you have added all of your payments for the month:

  1. Navigate to the Payment Cover Sheet (in your Project Dashboard)
  2. Update the Month and Year
  3. Save the Dashboard and click Download:
