Mastt's Risk Module is designed to help you manage Risks, Causes and Impacts and Treatments in accordance with ISO31000 & configurable to your Risk Management Framework/Plan.

How to access the Risk Module
To access the Risk Module while working on a Project or Program, simply click on the Hamburger menu () to open the Navigation Pane. From there, select the Risk option.

Add Risk, Causes and Impacts & Treatments
Adding a risk is crucial for tracking and monitoring the project's progress effectively.
To start adding a risk, you can simply click on the + Add Risk button, and then the Causes and Impact & Treatments tab to follow

Matrix
Risk Matrix is a versatile tool that helps organizations track, assess, and respond to risks effectively. It enhances decision-making, facilitates communication, and guides resource allocation, ultimately contributing to a more resilient and successful project or operational outcome.
Totals
The total number of risks per category is a crucial metric that provides a structured and quantitative approach to understanding and managing risks to make informed decisions and allocate resources efficiently.
NOTE: Risks are separated and categorized according to the rating assigned after treatment. This applies to Totals, Provision, Cost and Delay.
Provision
The total number of risks provision per category helps you track and manage the set-aside resources designated to cover potential losses or uncertainties within specific risk categories.
Cost
Tracking the number of potential cost risks per category is crucial for financial management and risk mitigation. It helps allocate resources, plan contingencies, and ensure project financial resilience, leading to successful project execution within budget constraints.
Delay
The total number of days of potential risk delay per category is a critical metric for project schedule management. It guides resource allocation, supports proactive contingency planning, and enhances overall project timeliness, contributing to the successful and timely completion of projects.
Risk Reference
A comprehensive document that centralizes information about identified risks, their characteristics, and the strategies for managing them. It enhances communication, accountability, and the overall effectiveness of risk management efforts throughout the project or operational lifecycle.
Hide
Utilise this functionality if you wish to hide the chart in order to enhance the overall visibility of the risk table.
Downloading the Excel Risk Register
You can download the standard Risk Register excel format by clicking 'Download Excel.
Downloading a PDF Report
To download a risk PDF report, go to the dashboard page and click on the option to create a new dashboard. From there, you can generate a customised report specifically for your risk register.
If you have exported and edited the Excel Register and would like to add the changes to Mastt, please get in touch with your Mastt Customer Success Manager or submit a Support Ticket using this form
